Massage Appointment Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Notice + $20 Deposit)

Deposit Required to Book

A $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The $20 deposit will be applied to your session total on the day of service.

24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • With 24+ hours’ notice: Your $20 deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment (your choice).
  • With less than 24 hours’ notice: Your $20 deposit is forfeited.
  • No-shows: Your $20 deposit is forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full service fee may still apply. If you are more than [10/15] minutes late, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show and your $20 deposit may be forfeited.

If We Need to Cancel

If we need to cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.
